The 470-square-meter space is equipped with bookshelves, tables and chairs, sofas, green plants, reliefs, pantries and other facilities, and has a collection of nearly 4,000 books, covering more than 20 fields such as finance, IT operation and maintenance, financial management, leadership, and party and labor league construction, providing strong support for employees' learning and Xi improvement.
After the completion of the staff library, the key is to use it well. It is understood that in order to enrich the spiritual life of employees and create a strong reading atmosphere, the staff bookstore regularly holds various activities, such as releasing the hot spots of "Book Demolition Time Gang", holding "Easy Book" activities and offline activity sharing meetings. At present, nearly 300 books have been replaced in the "Easy Book" activity, and the offline reading sharing session has attracted more than 300 participants. "I participate in the offline sharing and reading club every month, and we can communicate and discuss together, which can expand the boundaries of my thinking and bring some inspiration to my work.
