Wang Jun, male, born in December 1978, is a member of the Communist Party of China and the leader of the hot wire TIG squad of the Nuclear Power Equipment Company of Dalian Nuclear Power and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. of the First Heavy Group. Enjoying the special government allowance of the State Council, Wang Jun was awarded the honorary title of "Great Craftsman of China's Heavy Machinery Industry" by the China Heavy Machinery Association in 2019, and the honorary title of "Dalian Craftsman" was awarded by the Dalian Municipal People's Government in 2022.
Forge ahead and climb the highland of technology
In recent years, Wang Jun led the team to undertake the safety end assembly welding of the first national major science and technology special demonstration project "Guohe No. 1" CAP1400 series, the world's first "Hualong No. 1" series and several AP1000 series nuclear reactor pressure vessels. It has overcome many problems of full-position dissimilar metal welding at the nickel-based safety end, and mastered the full-position welding operation technology at the safety end of the pump casing, which has reached the world-class level, realizing the welding skills from "following", "running" to "leading". This technology is applied to the world's first onshore commercial modular small reactor "Linglong No. 1" nuclear reactor pressure vessel and important special products of full-position nickel-based safe end assembly welding, and all welds are qualified by RT at one time.
Breakthrough and innovation Break down technical barriers
In recent years, there are more and more welding of complex space surfaces, Wang Jun has modified the welding torch to make the welding gun can adjust the angle in a small range, so that it can reach the position of the complex surface, and realize the welding equipment welding of complex space surface, which greatly improves the welding quality, improves the labor conditions, and increases the production efficiency by nearly 2 times. In 2021, Wang Jun organized the development of a unique 90° bend inner wall automatic surfacing technology, which has been specifically applied in the "Linglong No. 1" project and special products. Recently, he has made outstanding contributions to the application and practice of hot wire TIG double tungsten electrode welding technology, and put forward a number of reasonable suggestions, which have been adopted and applied by equipment manufacturers.
