If you ask the installer to drill this hole, the cost will range from about 50 yuan to 150 yuan. However, having workers help punch holes during a hydropower renovation could be free, perhaps a bottle of Red Bull in exchange for the service.
Reinforcement of lightweight walls in advance:
For users who are ready to install an electric water heater, inspect the wall where the water heater is to be installed before renovating. If you knock on a "knock", the wall may be a light wall. If you want to hang an electric water heater on this wall, you need to install a bracket, which costs about 100 yuan to 200 yuan. During the renovation period, we can reinforce this wall and avoid the cost of brackets. The method is to lay a layer of steel mesh on the wall, and then plaster cement leveling. When pasting tiles, you should also try to spread cement on the back of the tiles. In this way, the walls are stronger.
Install the check valve in advance:
In places where there are public flues, such as bathrooms and kitchens, check valves must be installed, otherwise odors in the flue may enter the room. The best time is for the tiler to install. On the one hand, there is no ceiling at this time, which is more convenient to install, and on the other hand, workers can be allowed to paste tiles around the flue mouth to enhance the sealing of the check valve and improve the use effect.

Do not load the air conditioner socket:
Cabinet air conditioners no longer use the five-pin sockets required for hang-up air conditioners. The cabinet air conditioner does not have a plug and needs to use an exposed circuit breaker. Install the cabinet air conditioner socket in advance, and workers may need to remove it when installing the air conditioner, wasting an outlet in vain. You can directly leave the socket uninstalled, expose the wires inside and wait for the air conditioner to enter. Most air conditioners will provide surface-mounted circuit breakers for free, and the cost of self-purchase is less than 50 yuan, and the after-sales price may be 100 yuan to 150 yuan.
Do not connect the gas hose:
It is not allowed to reserve the hose of the gas appliance in advance and connect it to the gas pipeline. Most gas appliances come with their own hoses, so there is no need for users to purchase additional hoses. And the installation of the hose is also free, so the work done in advance is useless.
Do not install a floor drain for washing machines:
If the floor where the washing machine is placed in the room is waterproofed, only one floor drain can be reserved for both floor drainage and washing machine drainage. But if the floor is not waterproofed (such as kitchen, balcony, etc.), there is no need to reserve a floor drain for the washing machine. The drain pipe of the washing machine is not firmly inserted into the floor drain, and the floor drain drain is slow and easy to overflow. You can reserve a vertical pipe for draining the washing machine, which is more stable and cheaper.
