On the morning of December 26, the Science and Technology Education Association Chunlei Public Welfare Scholarship Distribution Symposium was held in Chaling No. 2 Middle School. Luo Zhengrong, Secretary of the Party Branch of Chunlei Public Welfare and Director of the Customs Working Committee, Tian Xianglan, Vice President of Chunlei Public Welfare, Liu Yue, Chief Representative of Hunan Representative Office of Science and Technology Education Association (USA) and Secretary-General of Chunlei Public Welfare, Executive Committee Member of Changsha Federation of Industry and Commerce, Zhang Li, Chairman of Hunan Rongjian Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., Feng Qiuwen, Project Director of Hunan Representative Office of Science and Technology Education Association (USA), Liu Zhiguo, Executive Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of Chaling County Party Committee, Guo Yifan, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of Chaling County Federation of Overseas Chinese, Liu Heqing, Director of the Office of the United Front Work Department of Chaling County Party Committee, Li Minglin, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Chaling No. 2 Middle School, Tan Congping, President, Qiu Jianxiong, Mo Yanjiao, Lei Xiahui, Vice Presidents, and sponsored students attended the symposium. The symposium was chaired by President Tan Congping.
Li Minglin, secretary of the general party branch of the school, first expressed his warmest welcome and heartfelt thanks to Secretary Luo Zhengrong and others. The guests were introduced to the school's philosophy, scale, and achievements in teaching quality, campus culture, infrastructure, publicity, and provincial on-site supervision and evaluation. He also introduced the new management measures such as setting up a special mailbox for the secretary and principal of the school to solve the problems of urgency, hardship and longing for teachers and students, formulating the "New Supplementary Provisions of the Regulations on the Management and Punishment of Students in Chaling No. 2 Middle School", and drawing "three red lines" for students to indulge in mobile phones, fall in love with each other, and implement school bullying in the form of a school system.
A total of 14 students from the school were sponsored at the symposium, and they also expressed their gratitude to the caring people of Chunlei at the meeting, and promised to work harder in the Xi and become useful talents in the society in the future to repay the society.
