In order to improve the brand management and communication capabilities of Jing'an social organizations, and continuously deepen the awareness of brand building and communication of social organizations, under the guidance of the Jing'an District Civil Affairs Bureau (District Social Management Bureau), on December 27, the Jing'an District Federation of Social Organizations held the Stellar Project - 2023 Jing'an District Social Organization Public Welfare Communication Conference, which was attended by more than 70 people from the heads of the District Civil Affairs Bureau (District Social Management Bureau) and other departments, the "14+X" Social Association, the Social Service Center and some social organizations.
Throughout the year, 230 tweets were pushed on the WeChat public account, with a total reading of more than 60,000 people, and the popular tweets with a high click rate involved annual inspection, standardization, and Bachu ethnic integration, with 769 new followers (7,129 total users); 38 videos were pushed by the Channels account throughout the year, including 26 original videos, with a total reading of more than 25,000 people; and 1,250 contributions from social organizations in Jing'an were received throughout the year.
At the scene, 3 social organizations including the Family Care Service Center of Nanjing West Road Street, Jing'an District, Shanghai were awarded the title of "Outstanding Member Unit of Public Welfare Communication of the Year", 27 social organizations including Shimen 2nd Road Community Sports and Fitness Club of Jing'an District, Shanghai were awarded the title of "Active Member Unit of Public Welfare Communication", and 15 social organizations including Shanghai Jing'an District Social Organization Service Center were awarded the title of "Member Unit of the Year of Public Welfare Communication 'Strong Organizational Strength'", and the award ceremony was held respectively.
With the support of the District Social Security Association and other units, the children's picture book "Yidao Goes to Bachu" edited by the Smile Youth Public Welfare Service Center was officially released. Fan Junyao, the project director of the organization and one of the authors of the picture book, introduced that since 2014, the organization has traveled to Bachu County, Xinjiang, and has successively set up book corners in 24 local village neighborhood committees to promote children's reading. On this basis, 327 teachers and students from the No. 2 Primary School of Bachu County were invited to create a picture book that reflects the story of Xinjiang aid and the local folk characteristics. As an excellent example of public welfare communication, picture books have deeply moved and encouraged everyone present.

In 2024, the District Federation of Social Organizations will conduct in-depth thinking on "counterpart support for Xinjiang and Yunnan", "benign interaction between economic development and public welfare services", and "mobilization of the two new organizations and new employment groups to actively participate in public welfare". The meeting was voted by secret ballot, and three social organizations including Ninghe People's Mediation Studio, Daning Road Street, Jing'an District, joined the meeting. In addition, the annual work and person in charge of the District Council of Social Organizations will be evaluated on the content of standardizing operation and serving members.
