The villagers hope that the express delivery of private express companies can also enter the village, but if the private express delivery also enters the village, it will have to increase the number of sorting, delivery personnel and transportation vehicles, etc., and the delivery cost will increase significantly. At present, there are only 18 lines for private companies in Jinzhai County to achieve express delivery into the village, accounting for 8.25% of the 218 villages in the county. But in Zongyang County, more than 200 kilometers away from Jinzhai County, some of the express delivery of private express companies can reach all 431 administrative villages in the county.
The mystery lies in the "express cooperation", it turned out that the local postal company developed a "three-paragraph code" identification method, the express delivery list is marked with "postal express cooperation", the first spelling of the township letter, the number of the agency point of the three codes, any private express company express delivery, can be sent to the village pick-up point.
The person in charge of a private express delivery in Zongyang County told reporters that in the past, it was necessary to give franchisees a single yuan to transport from the county to the township, to participate in the express cooperation, each single only needs to pay 0.5 yuan to the post, and the express delivery can be sent directly to the village, and the postal department will get a subsidy of 0.3 yuan per piece from the government department.
Now, Zongyang County's three-section code express cooperation model has been promoted simultaneously in Tongling City, and under this model, the operating costs of the postal service have been greatly reduced.
