Faced with high treatment costs, Ma's family was helpless. Shen Jie believes that Ma Moumou can be helped through judicial assistance, and immediately transfer the clues to the Prosecution and Prosecution Department of the Zaoyang City Procuratorate.
After visiting the site to understand the situation and verify the materials, the prosecutor of the accusation and appeal department of the court confirmed that Ma Moumou's family life was very difficult after he was injured, and he could not obtain compensation through litigation, and met the conditions for judicial assistance. On March 31 last year, under the repeated mediation of Shen Jie and her colleagues, the two neighbors who had a big fight finally shook hands and made peace.
It turned out that Liu Moumou was affected by the sewage discharge in the neighbor's toilet and the stacking of firewood, and found a neighbor Zhao Moumou to theorize, and the two sides had a quarrel, and in a hurry, Liu Moumou picked up a firewood stick and injured Zhao Moumou's ribs, which was identified as a minor injury of the second degree.
"He hit me, he fell into the biogas digester and injured himself, it has nothing to do with me, I don't admit it. "After Shen Jie accepted the case, she immediately flipped through the file and found that evidence such as the video of the case and witness testimony directly showed that Liu Moumou did hit and hurt the victim with a wooden stick, but he always refused to admit guilt. During the arraignment, Liu Moumou was even more emotional and did not admit what he had done.
Shen Jie patiently reasoned with the evidence and Zhao's injuries, Liu admitted to beating the victim, pleaded guilty and accepted punishment, and his family also made financial compensation to the victim, and the two sides reached a settlement.
"Being bitten by dogs, being scolded, toilet problems have always affected my life, just because of impulsiveness, now reasonable has become unreasonable, I can only admit guilt and accept punishment, I admit it. When the case was transferred for review and prosecution, when Shen Jie contacted Liu Moumou to inform him of his rights and obligations, he heard Liu Moumou's dissatisfied tone.
