At about 14 o'clock in the afternoon of January 25, 2022, Wei Xuejie was arrested by the public security organs in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. In July this year, the Shangcheng District Procuratorate of Hangzhou City prosecuted Wei Xuejie in accordance with the law on suspicion of fraud.
Recently, the reporter of "Fangyuan" learned that after the trial of the Shangcheng District Court, it was found that the defendant Wei Xuejie committed fraud in the name of "marriage and love", and the amount was particularly huge, and his behavior constituted the crime of fraud. Moreover, after the defendant Wei Xuejie was caught, he still tried all kinds of quibbles about his behavior, and had no remorse, so he should be severely punished. The court of first instance convicted Wei Xuejie of fraud, and sentenced her to 11 years in prison and a fine of 110,000 yuan.
