A few days ago, the construction of the primary school (tentative name) in the Financial Island Area of the Cooperation Zone, which is under the supervision of the Urban Planning and Construction Bureau of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "Urban Planning and Construction Bureau of the Cooperation Zone") and the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "Urban Planning and Construction Bureau of the Cooperation Zone") and the People's Livelihood Affairs Bureau, and which is responsible for the construction of Huafa Group, officially started construction.
It is reported that the primary school in the financial island area is located on the west side of Rongao Road, the south side of Metropolis Road, and the north side of Huanyang Road, with a total land area of 18,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 3.1 square meters, including 4 teaching buildings (equipped with professional classrooms), 1 dormitory building, 1 administrative complex building (including library and affiliated bell tower), 1 gymnasium (including canteen), underground traffic diversion center, outdoor playground and other facilities, with a total of 30 classes and 1,350 degrees.
The project is designed in a modern and simple style, with an off-white exterior and youthful orange and green colors to create a vibrant and passionate Xi environment. Each single building of the school is equipped with corridors according to floors, so that the connection between the various districts is convenient and does not interfere with each other. The teaching building area is designed to be overhead to fully meet the needs of students' activity space.
The person in charge of the project said, "The primary schools in the Financial Island Area will take 'running an education that satisfies the people' as the starting point and the end point, introduce high-quality education management resources, build high-quality campuses, further promote the diversified development of basic education in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, provide a first-class educational environment for the residents of the Cooperation Zone, and play a cornerstone role in the cultivation of talents in the whole chain of the Cooperation Zone." ”
The reporter was informed that the soft foundation treatment project of the primary school in the financial island area will be completed in the first half of 2024, and the main project of the project is planned to be launched in mid-2024 and completed by the end of 2025.
