In 2023, Nanshan District will hold a high-level vocational skills competition, with 8 major projects taking turns, and Nanshan's innovation vitality and skill charm will bloom in a competitive manner; high-quality public welfare vocational skills training such as blockchain technology application and chip application will be carried out; high-efficiency implementation of the evaluation reform of skilled talents, and the promotion of vocational skill level recognition will be accelerated; and lifelong vocational skills training carriers will be built with high standards, with 6 new carriers added, bringing the total number of various carriers in the district to 54. 10 carrier awards and subsidy projects have been approved by the city, ranking first in all districts.
Shenzhen Tiantian Xuenong Network Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the new lifelong vocational skills training carriers in Nanshan this year, and it is also the first farmer vocational education service platform in China, which has achieved the largest number of farmers, the largest coverage area and the most complete curriculum system. Qiu Weilin, director of the company's curriculum research and development, introduced that in the future, the Tiantian Rural Revitalization Skills Workstation will give full play to the innovation advantages of Nanshan, as well as contribute to the early realization of agricultural modernization in the mainland.
