This is a recent scene that happened in Yuyao, Ningbo, Zhejiang. When the police arrived, the suitcase was in the middle of the road, already damaged, and the clothes inside were scattered all over the ground.

It is clearly stated that for the crime of throwing objects from high altitudes, it is stipulated that throwing objects from buildings or other high altitudes, and the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than one year, short-term detention or controlled release, and/or a fine. where other crimes are constituted at the same time, follow the provisions for the heavier punishment at trial and sentencing.
