Recently, various departments and units in Qilihe District have actively carried out a series of rich and diverse anti-drug publicity activities, aiming to let more people understand the harm of drugs and jointly create a healthy and harmonious social environment.
Mars Street Primary School in Qilihe District, together with the police of the Education and Correction Brigade of the Gansu Provincial Women's Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center, carried out anti-drug knowledge propaganda activities for all teachers and students in the school. The people's police use methods such as video broadcasting, picture display, distribution of anti-drug brochures, anti-drug oaths, and visits to simulated drugs to educate and guide students to deepen their understanding of the harmfulness of drugs and establish a correct outlook on life. At the same time, it focuses on explaining how young people can resist and prevent drugs, and admonishes students to recognize the harm of drugs, establish a sense of self-protection, and further improve the awareness and ability of teachers and students to recognize, prevent and reject drugs.
The Qilihe District Narcotics Control Office and the Qilihe District Youth Volunteer Association went into the community to carry out anti-drug knowledge lectures. In the lecture, the residents were introduced to the types of drugs, the dangers of common drugs, the transmission routes and preventive measures through the display of PPT and the broadcast of promotional videos, reminding residents and friends to refuse the temptation of drugs, actively participate in anti-drug propaganda, and jointly resist the harm of drugs. More than 110 anti-drug publicity materials were distributed during the event.
Jianlan Road Street Health Road Community actively carried out anti-drug publicity activities in Jianlan Road Pedestrian Street. The campaign aims to keep residents vigilant about new drugs such as etomidate and "laughing gas" and their alternatives. At the same time, the anti-drug social workers also patiently answered residents' questions during the activity, so that more people could understand the appearance and harm of new drugs, and called on residents to actively participate in anti-drug work, work together to build a drug-free community, and contribute to the creation of a national anti-drug demonstration city.
The staff of the community organization, the police, and the anti-drug volunteers of Xijin West Road, Tumendun Street, carried out anti-drug publicity activities in the shops in the jurisdiction. During the activity, community staff and police officers went deep into the shops in the jurisdiction to distribute anti-drug propaganda knowledge brochures to the residents, explaining in detail the types, harms and prevention methods of new drugs. At the same time, the use of online platforms, WeChat public accounts and other channels to widely disseminate anti-drug knowledge and improve residents' anti-drug awareness.
