Netflix's thriller Korean drama "Monster of Beijing", starring Park Seo-joon (박서준) and Han Shao-hee (한소희), held a press conference in South Korea on the 19th, and the main actors and director Jung Dong-yoon attended together, and tacitly appeared in black suits. When Park Seo-joon (as Jang Tae-sang) mentioned the role, he thought that Jang Tae-sang was a man who had experienced a lot of stories and had many different aspects, and he also smiled and said that he should be the most fashionable man of that era, changed a lot of costumes, and was more popular and loved by the whole capital.

Park Seo-joon recalled the first scene on the first day of filming, handcuffed to a chair and interrogated, and the weather was very cold, which made him wonder: "How can you welcome me like this on the first day?" The funny response caused the audience to laugh, but he also said that this welcome ceremony did allow him to enter the role faster. Director Jung Dong Yoon smiled and said, "The role of Jang Tae-sang really belongs to Park Seo-joon!" And although Park Seo-joon and Han Shao-hee know each other privately, this "Monster of the Capital Monster" is the first time they have collaborated, and when the two met for the first time, Park Seo-joon also joked to Han Shao-hee, "I miss you so much!"

Han Shaoxi played Yin Caiyu who was looking for a missing person in "Monster in Beijing", and the host mentioned that when she filmed the scene where she met Jang Tae-sang for the first time, the director took multiple angles in order to present the most perfect picture to the audience. She smiled and revealed that her neck hurt during the filming of that scene, and she couldn't move directly the next day, but fortunately she is now fine. In the previously announced official trailer, Han Shaoxi, who was wearing a water blue dress, set off a heated discussion, she said that this set is Yin Caiyu's most formal outfit, and her daily style is relatively shabby in line with the characteristics of the character. In order to make the color of the dress and Han Shaoxi's skin color reflect each other, the director discussed the color of the dress for a long time. The host jokingly asked her if she only had these two sets of clothes, and Han Shaoxi hurriedly explained that the team had a total of "four sets of shabby clothes" in order to not look repetitive in the costumes, amusing the actors and the live media.

Kim so-hyun plays the role of Yukiko Maeda, a mysterious Japanese aristocratic woman, in the play. Yukiko Maeda, a conservative character who doesn't easily reveal her emotions and speaks old-fashioned Kyoto Japanese and Japanese-accented Korean in the play, admits that she finds it difficult to learn Japanese, especially old-fashioned Japanese, jokingly, "You can't communicate with people when you go to Japan." She believes that she is a person who is easy to show her emotions, and she happens to have a big gap with the character, so it is always difficult to achieve the director's imagination when shooting, but she is also grateful for the director's patient guidance and assistance. The director praised her for interpreting Yukiko Maeda very well.

Kim Hae-sook, a veteran actress who plays the housekeeper Luo Yue's, recalled the scene when she first stepped into the "Kim Yu Tang" pawnshop, and was directly shocked by the scene! She said that she had never seen such a scene, and even got angry because the crew wanted to tear down the scene, and felt very pity, not only Kim Hae Sook loved the scene of Kim Yu Tang's pawnshop, but director Jung Dong Yoon also had a soft spot for Kim Yu Tang, and liked Kim Yu Tang's "sofa", especially Jang Tae-sang's office, "It's really comfortable to lie on it, as if you can instantly travel back to the 1945s!" Park Seo-joon, who was on the side, said in surprise, "That's my seat! Why did you take my seat?"

Zhao Hanzhe plays Yin Caiyu's father, he has a lot of scenes with Han Shaoxi, and he is very surprised by Han Shaoxi's action scene performance, and often reminds the other party not to get hurt. Cho Han-chul also shared that he was very nervous when filming with the special effects team, because he had to be very imaginative, but the director and the team were always on hand to explain carefully and help the actors imagine. The director added, "The monster in 'Monster of Beijing' is actually very different from other monsters, and it is full of sad settings, which can be felt in its expressions, movements, and all its features, which has been discussed for a long time in the design of monsters."

The first part of "Monster of the Capital" will be launched on Netflix on December 22, and the second part will continue to appear on January 5 next year.
