Chen Yi, a native of Jinhua, Zhejiang, enrolled in 2016 as a master of calligraphy and seal engraving at the China Academy of Art, where he studied under Shen Leping, Shen Hao, Chen Dazhong, Zhang Aiguo, Zhou Zhen and other teachers.

Artistic resume: In 2019, he was included in the National College Students Seal Carving Exhibition, seal engraving works and calligraphy works were exhibited and selected for the 10th Sha Menghai All Zhejiang Exhibition, calligraphy was included in the exhibition 2019 Calligraphy Road - The Third China Higher Calligraphy Education Forum, collected by Lu Weizhao Calligraphy and Painting Institute, included in the "Youth Beilun" Zhejiang Provincial Youth Seal Carving Exhibition, seal engraving works were included in the 2019 Million Printing House Contemporary International Seal Carving Elite Exhibition.

Seal book

The seal book work "Impression of the Qin Zhao Edition , Ode to The Orange", this work takes the edict as the keynote, adds the structure of the Qin private seal on the glyph, and the three copper plates correspond to the three rubbings, aiming to combine the personal understanding of "writing" and "engraving". Mr. Sun Weizu once commented on Qin Yin: "The world is bitter for a long time, only Qin Yin is not bitter", Qin Yin, especially Qin Private Seal, has a distinct innocent and clumsy side, just like childhood, and the creation of Zhao's typography is not unavoidable. Using copper to restore the edict is an attempt and a challenge. Limited to the current ability, there are many imperfections, in the future will also enrich their own knowledge reserves, welcome teachers and friends to provide valuable criticism and suggestions.
