Title: From the Oil Field to the Office: An Candid Journey Through a Woman's Career Journey

Between the bustling oil fields and the well-behaved offices, I experienced a career change. This is not just a simple migration from outdoor to indoors, but also a profound change from free-spirited to restrained and serious. Today, I would like to share with you my story of how I walked through the oil field with my dreams and how I adapted to the working environment in the system.

After working in the oilfield for ten years, I chose to leave, and now looking back, the oilfield is the most humane unit.

Many years ago, as a young man who had just entered the workforce, I was assigned to a vast oil field. There is a lot of ruggedness and energy there, and colleagues are united and help each other like family. The first rays of sunshine in the morning always bring us new hopes and challenges. I remember sitting around the fire and talking every time after work, and the warmth and harmony still make me nostalgic.

But as time went on, I also began to crave new challenges and room to grow. So when the opportunity came, I didn't hesitate to accept an offer for a managerial position within the system. When I first entered this new environment, I felt a little overwhelmed. The pace of work here is significantly tighter, and more procedures and regulations need to be followed.

Working within the system means dealing with more complex networks of relationships and political games. The blunt, candid communication of the past is no longer to be found, replaced by courtesy smiles and polite words. Everyone seems to be wearing a mask, navigating with a difficult path of interests and competition.

Nonetheless, working within the system has its own unique advantages. There have been significant improvements in stability, welfare benefits, and the promotion of personal social status. But when I look back on the days when I was in the oil field with nature and with my colleagues, I still yearn for that purity and freedom.

Looking back now, I look back at the path I have traveled, and every step has left a deep mark. From the oil field to the office, my identity, my role, and my surroundings have changed dramatically. These changes not only forged my will, but also gave me a deeper understanding of fate and choices.

Sometimes, on a quiet night, when I think of my old friends who are still struggling in the oil fields or they choose to find another way out, my heart will well-up with a faint envy and blessing. Everyone has their own joys and pains on the path they choose.

So, in this long and complicated career journey, remember that each of us is looking for the best version for our position. No matter what circumstance you find yourself in, cherish the little things around you and be brave enough to pursue your own happiness and fulfillment.

Thank you for your patience in listening to my story - an ordinary woman who is constantly seeking, adapting and growing in the workplace and sharing her experience of changing roles. I hope my experience can provide some inspiration or resonance for you who are crawling in the workplace or about to step into this vast sea!
