Originally, I fantasized about selling it for 450,000 to 500,000 yuan, and after selling it, I would use 200,000 yuan to find a place in the countryside to build a farm house with my younger brother, or buy a small property right house with an area of 100 square meters somewhere on the outskirts of Fuling City. The rest of the house money is in the trouser pocket to show off everywhere, one day I want to change a car, sell the current Touran L, and spend more than 200,000 yuan to buy a tram. Or don't change the car, keep the remaining more than 200,000 yuan in your trouser pocket, and after retirement in the future, buy a van of tens of thousands of yuan, and take your wife around the country.

In other words, don't expect this hot potato to sell for a good price, don't expect to take a house payment to build a small western-style house in the countryside, and don't expect to use this money to buy a van to travel around the country after retirement in the future. Now after successfully handling the house ownership certificate, I can't just pay the property management fee in vain and let the house continue to be empty, so I pondered next year's summer vacation, spending 50,000 or 60,000 yuan to simply decorate this house, after the decoration, the same formaldehyde smell has not dissipated, and immediately shouted around for rent. If you rent it at a price of 1,200 yuan per month, you will strive to earn back the decoration cost in five years. Don't expect this house to sell, I'm determined to be a fart charter guy and strive to maximize the value this house brings to me.
