At the beginning of 2019, a letter of accusation reflecting that Cheng Moumou, the actual controller of Company A, directed and acted in a contract sale, attempted to embezzle more than 10 million yuan of Company B's payment through false litigation, was sent to the Gaogang Procuratorate.
The amount involved was huge and related to the survival and development of the enterprise, so Jin Qiuhua immediately launched an investigation. Through reviewing the case file, it was found that the "Sales Contract" and "Invoice" involved in the case were all photocopies and did not have the seal of "check with the original", and the VAT invoices issued were all reached mediation without defense between the original defendant and the plaintiff and the defendant after the lawsuit was filed and during the trial. Through inquiring about industrial and commercial information, it was found that the actual controllers of both the original defendants in the lawsuit were Cheng Moumou, and the case was self-buying and self-selling. With the cooperation and help of the public security organs, the key evidence of Cheng Moumou's backdated contract was obtained from Yang's mobile phone, so as to take down Cheng Moumou and his guilty confession in one fell swoop. After the court initiated the retrial procedure to revoke the original judgment, Company B discharged more than 10 million yuan of debts, and its survival and development were basically guaranteed. The case was successfully selected as one of the "Top Ten Typical Cases of Legal Supervision by Jiangsu Procuratorate in 2019".

In May 2022, a 12345 message attracted Jin Qiuhua's attention: Wang Moumou, a severely disabled elderly man, has been unmarried due to physical reasons, lives with his divorced and single brother, is now old and frail and blind, unable to complete the bath alone, and asks for government help.
It is understood that Wang Moumou is 78 years old, does not meet the conditions for the government to provide home care services free of charge, and is unwilling to live in a nursing home. Combined with Wang's personal wishes, physical condition and economic ability, the Gaogang Procuratorate negotiated with the functional departments to determine the paid door-to-door service plan, and extended it to other parts of the district disabled but not eligible for the government's free service conditions for the elderly under 80.
