Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) organized a third-party testing agency to inspect mobile Internet applications (APPs) and third-party software development kits (SDKs) that are of concern to the public, such as practical tools, local life, and online games. 24 apps and SDKs were found to have infringed on users' rights and interests, and they were notified.

The above-mentioned APPs and SDKs are required to carry out rectification in accordance with relevant provisions, and if the rectification is not implemented in place, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize and carry out relevant disposal work in accordance with laws and regulations.
