IT Home reported on December 16 that Tesla did not officially announce the information of the Cybertruck audio system, but according to the recently disclosed parts catalog, it shows that this pure electric pickup truck is equipped with 15 speaker arrays, including 2 dedicated subwoofers.
IT House Note: The Tesla Model S Plaid has a total of 22 speakers, and the Cybertruck has been streamlined in terms of number, but the woofers have been upgraded.
YouTube streamer Marques Brownlee (MKBHD) previously shared the Cybertruck test drive, but the video doesn't mention the sound experience. In a subsequent interaction with netizens, MKBHD said that "the speaker is really loud".
Tesla hired Bang&Olufsen engineers specifically to design the audio system for its electric car, and is already using "unbranded" Bang&Olufsen loudspeakers, which is expected to be used by the Cybertruck as well.
