Ingredients: snow peas, bean curd, baby pea fungus, carrots, garlic.
Directions:1. Wash the snow peas, remove the head and tail, soak the black fungus in advance, wash and tear into small flowers, soak the yuba in advance, wash and cut into sections, wash and slice the carrots, and mince the garlic.
2. Blanch the snow peas in boiling water, remove and set aside. This preserves the emerald green color of the snow peas.
3. Similarly, blanch the yuba, black fungus and carrots in a pot and remove them for later use.
4. Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add the blanched snow peas, carrots, yuba and black fungus and stir-fry well.

Stir-fried pork slices with white mushrooms
Ingredients: white mushrooms, pork belly, green onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken essence, corn starch, cooking wine
Method: 1. Wash the white mushrooms to control the moisture and set aside, cut the ginger into shreds, slice the garlic, cut the green onion into sections, and shred the green pepper;
2. Wash the meat slices and cut them into thin skins, add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken powder, corn starch and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes;
3. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, garlic and green onions, put white mushrooms, stir-fry over high heat, put cooking wine, fry the white mushrooms and set aside;
4. Start another pot, add green onions, ginger and garlic to oil, stir-fry the fragrant meat slices, pour down the half-cooked white mushrooms and green peppers and stir-fry together, and finally season with very fresh soy sauce, salt and chicken essence, and stir-fry evenly;
5. Remove from the pot and serve on a plate.
White radish pork bone broth
1. Ingredients: white radish, pork bones, ginger, green onion.
2. Wash the pork bones in a pot under cold water, blanch the ginger and green onion together, drain the water and set aside.
3. Put the blanched pork bones, white radish and ginger into the stew pot together.
4. Add an appropriate amount of pure water to the pot and simmer. Simmer over water for about 90 minutes.
5. Add a little salt and coriander to taste before cooking, and mix well.
Pork belly chicken
Ingredients: pork belly, chicken, ginger slices, chopped white pepper, codonopsis, red dates, wolfberry.
Steps:
1. Put flour, salt and white vinegar into the pork belly and scrub it, scrub it repeatedly, then turn it over and cut off the fat inside, and continue to clean the pork belly in the same way.
2. After the pork belly is cleaned, blanch the pot under cold water, add ginger slices, green onions, cooking wine and peppercorns to remove the smell, skim off the foam after boiling, then scoop it up and clean it, and then cut it into strips.
3. Clean the chicken and chop it into small pieces, blanch it in a pot under cold water, put ginger slices and green onions to remove the smell, skim off the foam after boiling, and then scoop it up to control the moisture.

Ingredients: 500g octopus, 3 slices of ginger, 2 green onions, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, a pinch of salt, an appropriate amount of pepper, and an appropriate amount of water
Steps:
