All-round upgrades, enriching operation scenarios
T60 can meet the needs of farmland spraying, farmland sowing, fruit tree spraying, fruit tree sowing, aquatic product sowing, forestry flight defense and other multi-scenario operations, and can be won in one fell swoop. This is due to its powerful power, spraying, and spreading systems, all of which DJI has fully upgraded the T60.
-Dynamical system-
The T60 adopts 56-inch high-strength propellers, large-load motors and high-power ESCs, which increases the comprehensive tensile force of a single shaft by 33%, and can also spread at full load under low power, which can realize high-intensity, large-load all-day operation, and greatly improve the comprehensive tensile force. And the surging power brings the T60 a 50 kg spray load and a 60 kg spread load capacity.
-Spraying System-
The T60 comes standard with a 50-liter water tank, which uses dual atomizing centrifugal nozzles to optimize the flow channel design of the spray tray and achieve precise adjustment of droplet size from 50 to 500 microns. Optimized and upgraded magnetic drive impeller pump, the flow rate of dual nozzles is increased by 12% to 18L/min, which can bring better operation efficiency and effect in dry fields and other operation scenarios that require large amounts of water.
The Fruit Tree Kit is equipped with a 60 litre water tank and a newly designed pressure centrifugal nozzle with a flow rate of 28 l/min and a particle size range of 20-320 microns. The pressure centrifugal nozzle combines pressure atomization and centrifugal atomization, and the liquid can achieve a minimum of 20 microns of tiny droplets through two atomizations, and the coverage rate of the droplets on the back of the leaf is increased by 38%.
-Spreading System-
T60 has three specifications of auger, medium and small, which is suitable for spreading a variety of materials. The large auger is suitable for particles within 10 mm such as urea, compound fertilizer, powder, etc., the medium auger is suitable for 4-6 mm particles, such as slender rice, medium and long grain rice, round grain rice, etc., and the small auger is suitable for 1-4 mm particles such as rapeseed, granular herbicides, etc.
The spreading system has a load of 60KG and a 80-liter spreading box, and the feeding port is enlarged, and one bag of fertilizer is used at a time. 190 kg/min large flow, 13.8 m/s flight speed, 8 meters of broadcasting width, single flight operation efficiency increased by more than 35%, load more, add fast, scatter fast.
The new design of centrifugal throwing plate is adopted, and the whole flow section is more evenly spread. Automatic calibration, real-time weighing, the operation template supports cloud saving, and different particles are matched with the corresponding auger, doubling the spreading accuracy.
Strength opens the way, so that safety is more comprehensive
The T60 has been upgraded to Safety System 3.0, with a new design of front and rear active phased array radars, and a newly designed trinocular fisheye vision system to increase the observation distance to 60 meters.
The new avionics computing power is increased by 10 times, combined with the visual radar mapping fusion algorithm, which not only ensures the high success rate of obstacle avoidance for power poles and trees, but also further improves the obstacle avoidance ability for difficult scenarios such as dead trees and power lines.
The T60 adopts an innovative virtual gimbal, which uses a fisheye lens and an electronic stabilization algorithm to achieve electronic image stabilization, and the picture is smoother. At the same time, it is also equipped with a low-light full-color FPV, with 75 watt lighting, which can also see obstacles such as telephone poles and wires in low-light scenes, and the maximum visual distance can reach 25 meters, illuminating your night flight defense road.
Intelligent remote control, large field of view and easy to control
The 7-inch high-brightness large screen has increased brightness by 16%, clearer under strong light, the battery life of the interior and exterior has been increased by half an hour, and the new button backlight function has made it more convenient to work at night.
The T60 is equipped with a quad-antenna O4 video transmission system, with a transmission distance of up to 2 kilometers, a stronger anti-interference ability of the video transmission system, a 50% increase in data transmission rate, and a smoother and more stable picture. At the same time, it is equipped with an optional 4G enhanced image transmission module, which automatically switches to a 4G data link when the signal of the remote controller is seriously blocked, and the image transmission is always online, making the flight safer.
The remote control is also equipped with a flagship-level 8-core processor, with surging computing power, and the mapping area of a single flight in Datian has been increased to 250 acres, and the mapping area of a single flight of fruit trees has been increased to 120 acres, meeting the needs of aerial surveying in more scenarios.
Upgrade Fruit Tree 4.0 to empower the development of the industry
For orchards with simple scenes, the T60 can fly without aerial survey, and in complex scenes with many obstacles, it can also be easily flown with fruit tree mode.
Fruit Tree Mode 4.0 enables data exchange between DJI Terra, DJI Smart Agriculture Platform, and Smart Remote Control. The 3D map of the orchard can be shared with three parties, and the fruit tree route can be edited directly through the remote control, even using a remote control to easily manage the orchard.
For orchards planted on contour lines, simply circle the boundaries of the plots, and the T60 can automatically generate a contour 3D operation route, which is efficient and easy to plan.
