The official website also officially listed the relevant information of the three versions, including the selling price. So the question is, whether this car comes to China or not, is it considered a pickup?

If you want to talk about the joke of the Cybertruck, you may have to start with its continuous ticket bounce and long lead time. Since the car became known to the public in 2019, four years have passed and it has experienced three ticket jumps.

Even the Toy Car has been built by Hot Wheels, but the car has not yet been delivered, and I don't know if it is the first time in history.

Tesla is a global company, and according to past practice, there are overseas and domestic. But this Cybertruck is just too abstract.

Although there is also a demand for pickup trucks in some areas in China, most of them are low-income groups, or engineering vehicles in some areas. And most of the users who can afford to play will not live in rural areas. This exposes the problem of pickup truck models, many places classify pickup trucks as trucks, and cannot enter urban areas during rush hour, let alone on elevated highways. It should be able to go green. It's kind of weird to imagine a Cybertruck pulling a cart of corn on the cob and going green.

There are not no pure electric pickup trucks in China, such as Maxus T90, Radar RD6, Great Wall Cannon New Energy Edition, and Changan Lantuo New Energy. But most of them are just products of the policy, and there are almost no sales.

So that means that if the Cybertruck wants to enter the country and sell well, it can only come in as a passenger car, an ordinary SUV.

The import price should be more than 500,000 yuan

There are three versions, rear-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, and Cyberbeast three-motor version, with prices of $60,990, $79,990, and $99,990 respectively. The equivalent of RMB is about 435,000 yuan, 571,000 yuan, and 714,000 yuan. Even this price is relatively expensive overseas.

If it is domestic, it will definitely be cheaper than this price, and if it is imported, it is difficult to say. For reference, the Tesla Model S starts at $74,990 overseas, and the Model Y starts at $43,990. Of course, there is no subsidy here. We don't understand the policy over there.

According to the above price, combined with the price of domestic Model S and Model Y, we can roughly speculate that if the Cybertruck is imported, then the price should be 568,400-931,900 yuan. If it is domestic, the price is almost 369,400-605,500 yuan. Of course, this is just a very rough calculation, and there is no basis at all, so let's just have a good time.

Assuming that it is really imported, then some rich middle-class people may buy it for fun. Like Ford's F-150, there are many players in China. In the past, you could buy more than 500,000 yuan, and you may have to add a little price, but now it starts at 720,000 yuan, but some people buy it. It shows that the market exists. Let's not assume domestic production, the credibility is better than believing that I am Qin Shi Huang.

It is almost impossible to make Tesla's domestic Cybertruck, in this domestic environment, everyone's acceptance of pickup trucks, and pure electric pickup trucks is not high, and there are many restrictions on policies, such as not allowing people to enter the city and parking troubles, which restricts the enthusiasm for purchase.
