Jin Tong, who joined as a student party member, saw that the assembly site still used simple equipment from foreign countries in the 80s, and hoped to reduce costs, increase production capacity, and improve the "backward" appearance of the assembly site through his own efforts. To this end, he insisted on undergoing welding in the hot summer, withstanding the baptism of paint fog in the cold winter, and thinking about improvement plans in countless late nights... The sword blade is sharpened, and the plum blossom fragrance comes from the bitter cold! Since 2008, when the first self-developed O-ring automatic assembly machine for plugging covers was developed, to 2018, he participated in the research and development of more than 100 automatic equipment, saving more than 100 labor, and gradually realized the assembly site automation. Among them, the KV2L multi-process ASSY machine won the company's annual rationalization excellence award, the AD float automatic inspection machine won the company's annual rationalization gold award, and its device for testing won the national patent.
Technological innovation, he has not stopped. After ten years of technical accumulation, in 2018, its team once again attacked the tough points and made a breakthrough in achieving non-standard equipment standardization and modularization. In 2019, the first generation of modular digital intelligent assembly platform for all models will be completed, and this achievement will be fully launched in 2020 for the research and development of new mass production equipment for triptychs, and the introduction of 31 new automation equipment will be completed, which is expected to save 40 people after being put into production, saving about 4.032 million yuan per year. In the project, he was responsible for the overall plan and key point design, in order to speed up the progress of the project, working until late at night every day, sleeping only 3 to 4 hours, which has long become his work and rest habits, colleagues have admired.
For sixteen years, he has been serving employees with practical actions and using his spare time to participate in various service activities carried out by the company. In 2008, he was elected as a member of the cultural and sports committee of the SMC Federation of Trade Unions, responsible for carrying out SMC cultural and sports activities, and in addition to hosting the company's games and social celebration activities, he gradually held an annual fun sports meeting, including football, basketball, badminton, table tennis league, dance, chess, etc. At the same time, he founded the Tianyi Dance Dance Troupe, football, blue ball, tug-of-war team, badminton club, etc., and led the team to participate in various competitions in Beijing for many times, and obtained excellent results.
In 2018, Jin Tong was elected as the general secretary of the SMC party branch. Since his re-election, he has continuously improved the party building work, studied ideological theory and party affairs knowledge, and carried out the non-public party building work of the four branches in place. During the epidemic period, he took the lead in taking the initiative to undertake the canteen dining and epidemic prevention work, nucleic acid testing site volunteer service work, taking the lead in injecting new crown vaccines, etc. In addition to assisting the company to complete various epidemic prevention and control tasks, he also actively participated in community prevention and control, party member duty work, etc.
Chinese New Year's Eve 2020, the company had a special Chinese New Year's Eve for employees staying in Beijing.
