Qufu Municipal People's Government, Hefei Public Safety Research Institute of Tsinghua University, City Lifeline Industry Development Group (Anhui) Co., Ltd., and Shandong Donghong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. signed a four-party cooperation framework agreement. Based on the actual needs and good prospects for cooperation in the safety development of Qufu City, and in line with the principle of "integration of industry, university and research, collaborative innovation and development", the four parties will carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in the fields of urban lifeline safety monitoring, pipeline safe operation and intelligent operation and maintenance through the joint construction of technology research centers, innovative project construction models, and the establishment of localized platform companies, so as to build a "Qufu model" of urban lifeline safety engineering.

It aims to implement the Qufu urban lifeline safety project, covering key areas such as gas, water supply, drainage, heating, bridges, housing safety, fire and fire protection, and densely populated places, evaluate and use Qufu's existing underground pipeline visualization, three-dimensional data of above-ground city model, intelligent management of gas and water pipe networks, digital urban management, smart city and other resources and functions, explore multi-platform compatibility, promote urban renewal actions, and improve the level of urban safety development and management.

Qufu Municipal People's Government, Shandong Donghong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd., and Qufu City Lifeline Industry Development Co., Ltd. jointly established the "Qufu City Safety Monitoring Operation Center". "Research on the Industrialization and Application of High-Yield Reaction Grafted Modified Polyethylene Bonding Resin". Through the research on the grafting and modification of polyethylene adhesive resin, the project realizes the industrialization of high production capacity of adhesive resin, improves the composite effect and pressure-bearing capacity of composite pipelines, improves the stability and durability of the operation of water supply and drainage composite pipeline systems, and ensures the long-term safety of urban lifeline pipe network transportation.

"Research Topics on the Identification of Helicobacter Pylori (HP) Carcinogenic Strains and Drug Resistance". Through the individualized diagnosis and treatment of (HP) carcinogenic strains, the influencing factors of the urban lifeline environment were explored, and the monitoring, prevention and control were carried out from the aspects of source and transmission medium, so as to lay a foundation for the construction of a comprehensive prevention and treatment system for gastric cancer.
