Recently, the actions of Wagner's forces have once again attracted widespread attention. The soldiers of the Wagner unit showed an admirable humanity and dignity, especially when dealing with the dead remains of Ukrainian soldiers. This move has once again sparked the attention and discussion of the international community, let's take a look at the amazing things about these soldiers.
Previously, it was believed that the Wagner forces were a mercenary force that was not bound by international law. However, their recent actions show that while they may not be bound by international law, they still adhere to the most basic moral bottom line. Recently, this was demonstrated again by the soldiers of the Wagner unit, who collected the remains of hundreds of Ukrainian soldiers and prepared to return them to the Ukrainian side. What's even more remarkable is that they not only arranged transport vehicles for these fallen Ukrainian soldiers, but also prepared a coffin for each soldier to ensure that they receive a decent burial. This humanitarian act is touching and shows the noble qualities of the Wagner forces.
Prior to this, according to information from the Russian side, after consultations between the Wagner forces and the relevant departments of Ukraine, the Ukrainian side agreed to the proposal of the Wagner forces to return the remains of Ukrainian soldiers to Ukraine. The entire transport process required several round-trips, and a total of 20 transport vehicles were used to safely return the remains of Ukrainian soldiers. This spirit of consultation and cooperation contributes to the upholding of the principles of humanity and to the dignity of fallen soldiers.
Yevgeny Prigozhin, the boss of the Wagner unit, said in an interview that the fallen soldiers should be treated with respect and humanity, and their remains should be returned to the Ukrainian authorities for a dignified burial. The platoon commander was captured in a battle with Wagner's forces, however, instead of embarrassing him, the Wagner soldiers helped him collect the bodies of the platoon's fallen soldiers and provided them with transportation. They see Wagner soldiers as cannon fodder, but the reality is that some Wagner prisoner soldiers are still willing to sign contracts to fight for Russia after they are released. At the same time, the number of casualties in Ukraine is increasing, which has forced the Ukrainian government to increase mobilization and even include some unusual groups in the conscription. In this case, Ukraine is already in a desperate situation.
