On September 14th, the launching ceremony of the Yunnan Party History Theme Film "Children of Blood" produced by Yunnan Jasmine Film and Television Culture Communication Co., Ltd., a literary and artistic quality support project of the Propaganda Department of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, was held at the Kunming Sky City Hotel.

It is reported that the film is artistically directed by Rao Shuguang, president of the China Film Critics Association, and Li Chao, a famous screenwriter who won the Huabiao Award and the Five One Project Awards for "Mao Zedong and Snow", Xu Rui as the producer, Lü Bin as the producer, and specially invited Jian Ming, the former director of bayi Film Studio, as well as Ah Wei, director of photography of "Red Sea Action" and "Chinese Doctor", and li Zhongming, a famous director. And invited famous actors to be starring Li Ping, Zhang Jingdong, Zhou Haodong, Huang Hai and so on. Filming locations will be held in Kunming, Anning, Honghe, Dali and other places in Yunnan.

The film is based on the life deeds of Wang Desan, the first secretary of the Yunnan Provincial CPC Committee, and strives to join the Communist Party of China under the influence of his brother Wang Fusheng and others, embark on the road of seeking liberation for the people, lead the people of Yunnan to wage a tenacious struggle against the Kuomintang reactionaries under extremely difficult conditions, and after being arrested, face coercion and inducements, do not move, regard death as a homecoming, and make a heroic sacrifice at the age of only 32, reproducing the spiritual outlook of the early Communists in Yunnan who were loyal to their faith, never forgot their original intentions, and kept their mission firmly in mind.
