From October 25th to 29th, the delegation of Dylan, Germany visited Jinjin. During the visit, Zhu Chonglie, secretary of the municipal party committee, met with Frank Urerich, mayor of Dylan, Germany, and his party. City leaders Xing Zhihong, Chen Lingling, Song Zhiheng and others respectively participated in the relevant activities.
Zhu Chonglie extended a warm welcome to the Dylan delegation. He said that General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to local foreign affairs and people-to-people diplomacy, emphasizing that "the friendship between countries lies in people-to-people relations". On September 20 this year, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Jinhua for investigation and research, endowed Jinhua with a new mission of the times, and pointed out the way forward for Jinhua's all-round work such as expanding opening up. The friendly exchanges between Jinhua and Dylan are a vivid practice of "foundation in the people" and "vitality in the locality". Over the past 20 years, the two cities have been sister cities, with close exchanges and exchanges, deepening cooperation and deep friendship between the people of the two cities. In recent years, Jinhua's economic and social development has been steadily improving, and it has successfully co-hosted the Hangzhou Asian Games, which has promoted the opening up to the outside world in depth, adding new momentum to the further deepening of cooperation between the two sides. He said that Dylan and Jinhua have a solid foundation and broad prospects for exchanges and cooperation, and have carried out a series of fruitful cooperation in industry, energy, climate and other aspects in recent years. Jinhua is an important node city in the construction of the "Belt and Road", Dylan attaches great importance to the sister city relationship with Jinhua City, and hopes that the two sides will carry out various forms of exchanges and cooperation in education, new energy and other related fields, and strive to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and benefit the people of the two places.

During their stay in Jinhua, the Dylan delegation visited Jinhua Development Zone, Wucheng District, Jindong District, Dongyang City, Yiwu City and other places to learn about the new energy automobile industry, Sino-German education cooperation, the construction of the "Belt and Road", film and television cultural industry, business and trade markets, China-Europe trains, and the "Ten Million Project", and exchanged views on further promoting practical cooperation between the two places. The members of the delegation said that Dylan's industrial civilization and industrial culture have strong complementarity with Jinhua, and the two sides have a good foundation for cooperation. Through this inspection and exchange, we fully feel the new opportunities brought by Jinhua to accelerate the promotion of high-quality catch-up development, the construction of market-oriented, law-based and international business environment has achieved remarkable results, the efficiency of government governance and service awareness have been continuously improved, and many German enterprises have achieved success in the operation and development of Jinhua, which has greatly enhanced the confidence of win-win cooperation between the two sides.
