5. The first signature is extended to 3 years.
It means that after being approved as a talent, we can directly obtain the qualification for 3-year stay, and the renewal mode is adjusted to 3+3+2, which is more conducive to permanent residence in Hong Kong.
6. The review is shortened and the selection cycle is adjusted. Information released from the Hong Kong Immigration Department shows that the Gifted Talent Scheme is expected to be completed within 5 months!
7. Expand the talent list. The original 13 talent majors have been expanded to 51, and applicants of the "Excellent Talent Entry Program" who belong to these 51 professional backgrounds will be directly added 30 points.
8. In early August, the immigration system was updated, the review was more stringent, and executives needed to meet the relevant conditions and provide corresponding proof!
Application Requirements:
1. Age: Must be 18 years old or above. (Provide identification documents)
2. Financial requirements: The applicant must prove that he or she and his dependents (if any) can independently support his or her own living and accommodation during his stay in Hong Kong and does not need to rely on public assistance.
