On October 19, the Daqin Railway, the main artery of the mainland's "West-to-East Coal Transport", completed the autumn intensive repair construction. The intensive repair lasted 16 days, completed 4 days earlier than the original plan, and 9 days shorter than in previous years, so as to restore capacity as soon as possible and lay a solid foundation for the supply of thermal coal this winter and next spring.
Daqin Railway
From Datong, Shanxi in the west to Qinhuangdao in Hebei in the east, it is the main strategic channel for the export of coal from Shanxi, Shaanxi and western Inner Mongolia. With a total length of 653 kilometers, the line spans two provinces and cities in Jin, Hebei, Beijing and Tianjin, and undertakes nearly one-fifth of the total railway coal transportation in the country, making it the largest heavy-haul coal transportation channel in the mainland, and is known as "China's first heavy-haul road".
In order to restore the state of line facilities and equipment after the early peak summer thermal coal supply guarantee as soon as possible, from October 4, China Railway Taiyuan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. arranged for the Daqin Railway to be suspended for 3 hours every day for centralized maintenance, and comprehensively rectified and updated steel rails, turnouts, power supply catenaries, communication optical cables and other equipment.
At present, with the cold temperature, the whole country has entered the heating season, the electricity consumption of production and life is increasing, and the demand for coal is becoming more and more urgent. In order to reduce the impact of construction on energy transportation, Taiyuan Bureau Group Company scientifically coordinates human, material and mechanical resources, accurately divides and arranges construction projects, and refines and improves the construction organization. At the same time, large-scale application of large-scale road maintenance machinery, increased investment in scientific and technological equipment, improved construction efficiency, and achieved the completion of construction tasks ahead of schedule.
On the basis of ensuring the efficient progress of the construction task, Taiyuan Bureau Group Company dynamically adjusts the transportation plan of "one day, one map", optimizes the slow travel premises in combination with the actual situation, and strictly monitors the construction plan review, daily plan preparation, scheduling order issuance and opening condition confirmation to minimize the impact of construction operations on railway transportation. At the same time, scientific allocation of transportation capacity ensures the connection of aircraft and trains, organizes balanced transportation, and ensures that construction organization and production and transportation are correct.
During intensive repair construction
The Daqin Railway has sent more than 16 million tons of coal, the daily transportation volume has always remained above 1 million tons, and the coal storage capacity of Qinhuangdao Port, Tangshan Port and Caofeidian Port supplied by the counterpart has remained above 22 million tons.
With the completion of the centralized repair construction, the transportation capacity of the Daqin Railway will be fully released, and the daily transportation volume will quickly rise to more than 1.2 million tons, providing full capacity support to meet the demand for production and living coal.
