As the head of the preparatory team for the re-election of the Chinese Football Association, Li Yingchuan, deputy director of the General Administration of Sports, will serve as the new secretary of the Party Committee of the Chinese Football Association. Song Kai, director of the Sports Bureau of Liaoning Province, as the deputy head of the "preparatory group", will participate in the election as a candidate for the new president of the association. After Song Kai is elected, he will directly manage the management of the association's national team. The division of labor among the other members of the team, including the two "newcomers", has also been preliminarily clarified.
