At night, no one cares about the terrified eyes and trembling bodies of children, even their biological parents, even their parents, who are the perpetrators who follow the pedophile instructions and sexually abuse them.
And such tragedies are becoming a common phenomenon in the Philippines. According to reports, the Philippines has become the world's largest online live broadcast of child sexual exploitation. UNICEF and Save the Children have estimated that about 2 million Filipino children are at risk of sexual exploitation every day, a figure that is one-fifth of all Filipino children. More tragically, many of the parents of these children were also victims of childhood abuse.

They live in rust-covered cages and must work more than 20 hours a day for fishing boat owners, even then subjected to starvation and violent beatings. Another example is the United States, one of the world's largest "source, transit and destination countries for forced labor", where at least 100,000 people are sold to this land every year for the purpose of labor exploitation. In 2021, US media reported that about 45,000 unaccompanied migrant children "disappeared" in the United States.
In view of the fact that the US government has been exposed to hand over 8 migrant children to human traffickers, and that a considerable number of child labor, labor and sexual exploitation are subjected to labor and sexual exploitation in the United States every year, many people are beginning to worry that these so-called "disappeared" children have been transferred to the human black market and have suffered more unimaginable harm. A few months ago, Ming was targeted by traffickers in the Philippines and locked in a cooler after undergoing rape and beatings. When he saw the sun again, he was on a farm full of greenery, and he didn't know that this was England, let alone that the green plant here was called cannabis.
The traffickers told him that the plants were more expensive than his life, and if he was not taken care of, he would die a terrible death. After being captured on his first escape, the traffickers told him that the next time he ran, he would lose his life. A few months later, police raided the marijuana plantation. Ming couldn't understand English, but during the interrogation, he understood one thing from the police's sharp and serious reprimand: the police were not trying to save him, a poor man. Instead, he was imprisoned for drug production.
A teenager who had been tortured by rape, beatings, forced labor, etc., was thus strangled in hope by those who should have rescued him. In the UK, there are countless large and small cannabis farms, and as of 2012, British police have found 7,865, and almost every farm has people who are forced to grow drugs. Here, the victims are first told that all personal information about visa applications is fake, that illegal immigrants are illegal and that any job in Japan is illegal, so do not try to call for help or run away. They will also be told that as early as the moment they land in Japan, they owe traffickers a huge job search fee of 3 million to 5 million yen (about 250,000 yuan), and victims need to engage in sexual services to pay off their debts. In this way, countless Thai women and children have been forced to live a life of "paying off debts", but they soon find that these debts are being paid more and more.
In 1993, a Thai woman arrested for the murder of the bustard wrote: "She took all the money I got from having sex with a dirty-minded man and never paid me anything." In addition, she charged us for food, rent and other expenses, and we owed her more and more debts – even though we never actually borrowed money from her. In addition to luring victims with high-paying jobs, emotional abduction is also a common tactic used by traffickers.
It also means that anyone can be targeted by traffickers, who are not only good at picking people when they are most emotionally vulnerable, but with the development of the Internet, their crime venues have also evolved from offline to online. In 2015, a research firm showed that 55 percent of human trafficking victims in the United States met traffickers online and formed intimate relationships before they met.
For example, some traffickers will add all the students who claim to be a middle school on social media, and as long as one or two students pass, the traffickers will ask these students and recommend their classmates to them. After that, the traffickers spend a long time studying the students. Every perceived vulnerability makes them the target of attention. When students show vulnerability on the Internet, traffickers show up just right, and gradually win the trust and affection of their victims through multiple communications.
In the eyes of traffickers, once they establish an intimate relationship that talks about everything, they have "the power to dispose of the victim at will." Because they believe the human traffickers' nonsense: "The world doesn't care about you, God doesn't care about you, only I care about you." This kind of abuse, even if abused, is inseparable from the psychology of the abuser, which is called the traumatic bond in psychology.
