That is to say, whether before or after Yang Shuo signed a contract with Red Circle Pictures, there were "salary limit orders" issued through different departments.
So should the salary dispute between Yang Shuo and Red Circle Pictures follow the salary limit order issued by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the Central Propaganda Department, or pay the original salary according to the contract? Were they aware of the existence of the wage limit order when they signed the contract? Or simply annul the original contract under the "wage limit order"?

Then the question is, for the situation that Red Circle Film does not have the right to force actors to accept salary cuts, Yang Shuo caused the crew to stop work, is this considered a violation? Is it illegal for the producer not to pay remuneration in accordance with the agreed contract, and publicly disclose the details of the content of the contract clause, causing reputational damage to Yang Shuo?
In fact, the validity of the contract is stipulated by the contract law, which is mandatory at the legal level, and the "salary limit order" is the scope of administrative intervention, and the contract can only be terminated based on this change, and the actor cannot be forced to accept a salary reduction according to the "salary limit order".
