Focus on selling mooncakes and other pastry operators, check whether there are problems such as three non-deterioration and sky-high mooncakes in their stores, strictly control excessive packaging caused by packaging void rate, number of packaging layers and packaging costs, and check whether the source of incoming goods is regular, whether the system of requesting evidence and tickets is implemented, and whether the food storage conditions are compliant. It is strictly forbidden to add non-edible substances to food, it is strictly forbidden to use any chemical substances other than food additives and other substances that may endanger human health in food production, and standardize the production and use of food additives. The sale of bulk food must be accompanied by a label, which should be marked with information such as the name of the food, storage conditions, production date, shelf life, manufacturer, and supplier address. At the same time, guide operators to conscientiously implement the purchase inspection system, perform the main responsibility of food safety in accordance with the law, and ensure the safety and stability of market operation during the festival.
Up to now, a total of 260 business households have been inspected, and 15 corrections have been ordered on the spot. The Gaoyang County Market Supervision Administration will continue to do a good job in pre-holiday food safety inspections, standardize market order, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and create a safe, healthy and orderly food market environment for the masses.
