On September 15th, China World Hotel and Guangzhou Museum jointly developed "Disappearing Famous Dishes" at China Hotel Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant, "Disappearing Famous Dishes" aims to restore the lost Cantonese famous dishes from cultural relics and reproduce the taste of Cantonese cuisine in the past. The presentation of the dishes is full of national style, stirring the taste buds of diners, expressing the unique "fireworks in the world" of Guangzhou for a hundred years, and showing the world the essence of broad and profound Cantonese cuisine.
