失傳百年的粵菜味道再現廣州

9月15日,中國大酒店與廣州博物館合作研發的“消失的名菜”在中國大酒店四季中國餐廳上新,“消失的名菜”旨在從文物中還原出失傳的廣府名菜,再現昔日粵菜味道。菜式的呈現充滿國風,撩撥着食客老饕的味蕾,表達着百年來廣州獨有的“人間煙火氣”,向世人展示博大精深的粵菜精髓。
