Representative works
Chengdu Azure Cartier Center
The Cadiere Center
The project consists of three landmark buildings over 200 meters high, located in the core CBD of Tianfu New District. The building rises from the ground and outlines elegant lines. The polished glass reflects the sky and the garden city, presenting a glimpse of the city. As a new landmark of Tianfu, the Azure Cartier Center is also an ideal gesture for the city of Chengdu.
Park Hyatt Maldives
Park Hyatt Maldives
Park Hyatt Maldives on Hadaha Island is a gentle presence on this earth. Before construction begins, the design and construction are guided by environmental impact studies. In order to truly implement the spirit of environmental protection, the designers actively advocate rainwater harvesting, strive to reduce the damage and exploitation of corals, and protect the existing vegetation on the island; The garbage treatment plant ensures that pollution on the island is minimized; Park Hyatt is also the first resort in the Maldives to receive Green Global certification for architecture, planning and design standards.
Sanya EDITION Hotel
Edition Sanya
The hotel is located on Hainan Island, built on the tropical coastline of Tangwan along the coast. More than just a hotel, the 19.5-hectare site includes private villas, conference facilities, restaurants, swimming pools and other recreational facilities. These architectural elements surround a stunning central water feature – the Private Ocean, a stunning man-made lake bounded by a beach and on the South China Sea. Throughout the project, SCDA's design integrates the ocean and architecture in a different way.
Soori Bali
Soori Bali
Soori Bali Villas is located in Tabanan Regency, one of Bali's richest and most picturesque areas. Here, visitors can admire volcanoes and rice terraces, as well as beautiful black sand beaches overlooking the Indian Ocean. Its prime location has made it a peach blossom hideaway, with sweeping views of beaches, sea, mountains and rice paddies.
New York High Line Park Apartments
Soori High Line NY
The Soori High Line is an oasis in the city. This 11-storey mid-rise residential tower in New York has 31 apartments; 12 private pools are seamlessly interspersed with large living areas; Natural elements of water, fire and light are incorporated into luxurious interior craftsmanship. With this, SCDA brought its proud residential design concept to Manhattan, trying to subvert the traditional concept of indoor and outdoor space.
National Design Centre, Singapore
National Design Centre
With the completion of the Design Centre in the Belas Basa Sanctuary, the area has developed a unique urban fabric and revitalized an existing architecture as a diverse and flexible space for interaction and learning. In the atrium, four translucent platonic box-like buildings are designed to overlap each other to form a series of interconnected public and private spaces. These 'boxes' occupy a vantage point within the existing building envelope, facing Victoria Avenue, while the interior of the structure is open towards the atrium, inviting people to go deep into the central courtyard to "activate" it.
Nanjing Hanbi House Hotel Complex
Lalu Nanjing Hotel and Mixed-Use Development
The hotel is located at the confluence of Hanzhongmen Avenue, the former is Nanjing's east-west traffic artery, and Yangtze River Avenue, which is close to the green belt on the east bank of the river. The unique geographical location allows guests to enjoy the water-colored scenery of Jinling. The most iconic concept in the design is how to highlight the close axial relationship between the building project and the city, and its unique location on the banks of the Yangtze River.
W Bali Seminyak
W Hotel Seminyak
The hotel is located on Seminyak Beach on the east coast of Bali. The resort features private villas of all sizes, as well as beachfront hotels with suites and communal facilities. The design reference is a reference to traditional Balinese courtyard design: villas are built in the center with private courtyards, plunge pools and gardens. Local materials and craftsmanship are widely used, such as rough gravel walls, natural timber roofs and barriers. The color of the materials maintains a certain consistency from the building to the landscape, so that the spatial flow between the villas is very harmonious.
Chengdu Hengbang Tianfu Marriott Hotel Complex
Henbon Marriott Chengdu Mixed-Use Development
Set within lush wetland greenery across Dong'an Lake, the project makes the most of its prime location to envision an iconic garden lifestyle on its doorstep. The design scheme celebrates the seamless interweaving between architecture and nature. One can experience peace and quiet in the vibrant, thriving metropolis of Chengdu.
InterContinental Robertson Wharf Singapore
Intercontinental Robertson Quay Singapore
Echoing the elegance of Robertson Quay and the meandering Singapore River that wraps around the pier, the hotel was designed to create outdoor open-air areas on different levels, seemingly spreading out from the hotel and the adjoining dining area. Upon arrival, guests arrive at the hotel in a large landscaped courtyard in the center aligned with the riverbank on a visual axis. The indoor and outdoor areas are connected by a collection of different layers brought about by architectural, indoor and landscape elements, while at the same time characterizing the Singapore Riverside Pedestrian Promenade, enhancing its vitality and potential.
