Climate cooperation on the mainland is based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit and common development, in line with the needs and aspirations of both sides, and is not aimed at controlling others or expanding their power.
Finally, the mainland should maintain constructive climate dialogue and communication with the United States and other developed countries, promote their historical responsibilities and obligations, and increase climate finance and technical support.
Recently, the mainland has expressed its willingness and sincerity to carry out climate cooperation with the United States and other developed countries on many occasions, and has made some progress in some areas.
However, considerable differences and obstacles remain on key issues.
