Du Guangda, deputy director of the Cybersecurity Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out that the development of new technologies and services such as generative artificial intelligence has brought new challenges to data security protection and supervision. Relevant enterprises in the telecommunications and Internet fields are not only the first responsible entities for data security, but also the first barrier to prevent and resolve data security risks, and should take the lead in the implementation of the Data Security Law.
Wang Tianguang, director of the Shanghai Municipal Communications Administration, said that he hopes that all enterprises in the industry will strictly implement relevant laws, regulations and data security responsibilities, so as to know, understand and abide by the law, establish and improve the data security management system and technical protection measures, strive to improve the level of data security prevention, and actively promote the formation of a comprehensive data security management pattern in which government management, enterprise responsibility, social supervision, industry self-discipline and other multi-subject participation, and industry, law, technology and other means are combined.
