According to Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, the 2023 Blackwater Huandagu Glacier Bicycle Carnival will be held this Saturday and Sunday (September 2-3), and this year's event is very different from previous years, breaking the traditional competitive competition mode and introducing the concept of "carnival", turning the competition venue into a social field. The upcoming cycling challenge will be divided into two stages: the first stage "Crossing the Titty Ditch" challenge on the afternoon of September 2, which covers a distance of 15 kilometers from the western community of Heishui County to Yang Fur Hader; On the morning of September 3, the second stage "Charging Dagu Peak" challenge was held, which covered a distance of 33 kilometers, the altitude of the course from 2400 meters at the start point to 3600 meters at the end, the course drop was 1200 meters, of which the last 12 kilometers concentrated 17 "hairpin bends", the most difficult in its class, extremely challenging.
In addition, Dagu Glacier Scenic Area will implement free scenic spot tickets for all visitors on the last day of the event (September 3), so that the majority of tourists can feel the charm of sports competition and the fun of playing Dagu Glacier.
