Ms. Cao Chengfeng, member of Zhongshan Women Entrepreneurs Association, chairman of Zhongshan Manifold Show Service Co., Ltd., and founder of Sanxi Magnolia Flower Land, was invited to share her growth and entrepreneurial experience with the students.
Using plain and sincere language, she communicated and communicated with the students face-to-face, telling how she went from Hubei to Zhongshan, from a working girl to an entrepreneur with her own clothing brand, vividly showing her struggle story of not succumbing to the arrangement of fate and optimistic to find a way out.
She encouraged the students present to bravely face setbacks in life, be optimistic, set their own goals, have the courage to pursue happiness, learn knowledge on university campuses, enrich themselves, strive to improve family situations, and help more people in need.
Gao Zheng, member of the party group and vice chairman of the Municipal Women's Federation, encouraged the students that struggle is the brightest background of youth, and that they should establish the spirit of "self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement", dare to chase dreams, change their destiny through knowledge, and return to their hometown and society with excellent results.

In April 2023, the Municipal Women's Federation, the Municipal Women and Children Welfare Association and Sanxi Magnolia Land jointly launched the "Awaken Love with Clothes" charity sale, and the proceeds of the charity sale were 50,000 yuan, which was fully donated by Magnolia Land to the Municipal Women and Children Welfare Association, and set up the "Magnolia Blossom" female college student education aid project to help fresh female college students from poor families reduce their economic pressure. After the seminar, the funds from the scholarship program will be transferred to the bank account of the donor.
