In the past few days, the National Fire Rescue Administration has organized pilots of the two aviation rescue detachments in Kunming and Daqing to carry out cross-integration training, making every effort to build a cross-regional aviation rescue mobile force and improve the ability of aviation emergency rescue teams to carry out diversified emergency rescue tasks.
The training is currently being carried out in Kunming, Yunnan, mainly highlighting the characteristics of emergency rescue at high altitudes on the plateau, breaking the inherent mode of independent training of the two aviation rescue detachments, realizing the sharing of talents, equipment, environment and other resources, and accelerating the training of flight backbone talents.
Daqing Aviation Rescue Detachment Flight Group Captain Li Hui: Flying in the Daqing Plain of Heilongjiang, and flying on the Kunming Plateau in Yunnan is very different, the location of the Kunming Aviation Rescue Detachment is 2300 meters above sea level, our training flight altitude is between 2300 and 6000 meters, as the altitude increases, the oxygen content in the air will continue to decrease, the flight personnel will also have high anti-phenomenon, helicopter engine power will drop accordingly, training here can be said to be a strengthening of our physical, psychological and skills.
At present, the biggest challenge of flight training comes from the complex terrain and climate of the plateau, and there are many thunderstorms in Yunnan recently, and the time available for flight training is relatively scarce. In order to ensure the quality of training, the Kunming Aviation Rescue Detachment grasped the flight weather, accurately formulated flight training plans, and grasped the operation and maintenance and various elements of the domestically produced straight 8-A helicopter and related equipment (equipment) for training with high standards.

Relying on this kind of environmental training, it can improve the pilot's rescue skills and tactics under complex conditions, and provide support for the next step to better complete the aviation emergency rescue mission.
It is understood that the cross-integration training is divided into two stages, and 31 pilots have been organized to complete more than 20 aviation emergency rescue training courses day and night and under complex weather, with a total of more than 300 flight hours. Through the exchange of training locations, the sharing of training resources, the innovation of training methods, the summary and promotion of experience, and the continuous deepening of rescue technology, so as to improve the full-time and all-domain aviation rescue ability of pilots.
