On the afternoon of September 29, the Standing Committee of the 16th People's Congress of Shijingshan District held its 37th meeting. Li Wenqi, chairman of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, presided over the meeting. District Governor Li Xin attended the meeting as an observer.
The meeting decided on the appointment and dismissal of personnel.
According to the results of the vote, the Thirty-seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the Sixteenth District People's Congress decided to accept Comrade Kang Jun's request to resign from the post of deputy district chief and report it to the district people's congress for the record; to accept Comrade Gao Hong's request to resign as president of the district court and report it to the district people's congress for the record; to accept Comrade Wang Chunfeng's request to resign as chief procurator of the district procuratorate, to report it to the district people's congress for the record, and to report it to the municipal people's procuratorate for approval by the chief procurator of the municipal people's procuratorate. Due to Comrade Sun Xuewei's work transfer, it was decided to dismiss him from the post of deputy district chief of the district people's government.
According to the results of the vote, the Thirty-seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the Sixteenth District People's Congress decided to appoint Liu Feng, Wang Qizhi, Shen Jian, Wang Zhiyong, and Yin Yuan as deputy district chiefs of the district people's government; zhu Chuntao as vice president of the district people's court and acting president; and Zhang Jingwen as deputy chief procurator of the district people's procuratorate and acting chief procurator.
In accordance with the Measures for the Organization of the Constitutional Oath of State Functionaries of Beijing Municipality, the newly appointed comrades took the constitutional oath. Liu Feng made a statement on behalf of the newly appointed personnel to the Standing Committee.
Liu Yaquan, executive deputy director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, and Gao Hongyan, Zhu Gangyin, Lu Xiuyan, and Ma Liping, deputy directors of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, attended the meeting. Relevant leaders of the district "one government, two procuratorates" attended the meeting as observers.
