IGN Comments:

Legends of the Immortals is an impressive first-person shooter that successfully swaps guns and magazines for mages and magic. Its fast-paced, magical battles are both satisfying and amazing, and it is characterized by long and intense battles full of secrets that keep us moving forward after the story ends. Some people desperately want single-player shooters to last forever, and Legends of the Immortals does a great job of making sure they're not dead yet.

Gamespot Review:

Instead of adding a compelling environmentalist message to its traditional military shooter stories, Legend of the Immortals chose to use these narrative themes to convey world design and legend. It makes the whole story feel immature, further highlighting the perverse behavior of the unlikable protagonist. The shots are good, especially in the first half, where the combat is more like a color-coded puzzle. But it also has its drawbacks – the reuse of enemies and arena layouts leads to a repetitive experience, and when combat reaches a fever pitch, players struggle to navigate the plethora of combat options. I enjoyed some parts of Legends of the Immortals, but not enough to highly recommend.
