5 pieces of rock sugar
6 slices of ginger
3 green onions
🍳Method.
1. Clean the chicken, control the dry water, apply the whole body of the chicken to the old soy sauce, the color is better, and then apply a layer of light soy sauce, a thin layer of salt to marinate for 2 hours (if you don't have time, you can shorten the marinating time, or not pickle).
2. Cut the green onions, slice the ginger, and set aside in half a bowl of light soy sauce (if you have coriander at home, you can put some of it, add coriander to make it more fragrant).
3. Wipe the bottom of the rice cooker dry, spread a few drops of peanut oil on the bottom of the pot, spread ginger slices and green onion, then pour half a bowl of soy sauce, half a bowl of water and 5 rock sugar, press the cook button and cook for about 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
* Half a chicken is used in the recipe, so cook for 20 minutes and simmer for 10 minutes. If you use whole chicken, double the ingredients and extend the cooking time.
