method:

1. Pour glutinous rice flour, wheat starch, sugar (30g), cooking oil into an empty bowl, and stir in water (no particles).

2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, put on a plate, pour in the powder paste and steam (30 minutes).

3. After steaming, take it out and let it cool (stir), pour into a plastic bag, seal it, and refrigerate it (ice skin).

4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl, separate the yolks from the egg whites, add sugar (15g) to the yolks, add cooking oil (stir), pour the milk (stir as you pour), and sift in the low gluten flour (stir left and right into batter).

5. Add sugar (40g) to the egg white, use an egg beater, and beat for 3 minutes, turning white and grainy.

6. Pour into the egg yolk paste, stir until the same color, pour into the mold of the laid oil paper, spread the egg yolk paste evenly (shake it back and forth a few times, shake out the bubbles), put it in the oven, preheat for 10 minutes, bake at 150 degrees for 50 minutes, let it cool after baking, remove the oil paper, cut into long cubes (cakes).

7. Take an empty bowl and pour light cream and sugar (30g), use a hair dryer, beat until there is a grain, put it in a plastic bag, and cut a small mouth.

8. Sprinkle some cooked glutinous rice flour on the board, take out the ice skin made in front, press the large rectangular slice, put the oil paper at the bottom, squeeze the light cream (paved), put in the cake, squeeze some light cream on the left and right sides, and then add your favorite fruit, roll up from the head, boxy strips.

9. Wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for 3 hours, cut into cubes and eat.
