In the summer camp activities, food safety instructors used PPT, small animations and on-site interaction to explain the common sense of food safety, how to identify fake and shoddy food, precautions for food storage, suggestions for preventing foodborne diseases, how to drink bottled water healthily, common food hygiene misunderstandings and other knowledge, so that children have a comprehensive understanding of food safety knowledge. During the activity, the docent asked the children to observe the ingredient list of the food packaging they carried, find the problems and communicate with everyone. After the end of the study, a food safety knowledge competition will be launched to promote learning, practice and work through competition, so as to further deepen the children's mastery of food safety knowledge.

Before the experiment, the experimental instructor first explained the experimental process and experimental precautions to the children with PPT, which not only understood the experimental principle but also effectively avoided possible problems in the experiment. Accompanied by the staff, the children took matters into their own hands to detect the problem food with their own hands.

In addition, the children used the knowledge they learned to draw food safety hand-copied newspapers and have a deeper understanding of food safety. Through the production of intangible cultural heritage handmade clay sculptures, the children's food safety spirit is cultivated.

After the activity, the food safety staff distributed food safety proposals to the children, and suggested that the children take the food safety proposals home to read and share the knowledge learned in the summer camp with their parents, so that food safety can create publicity from point to point, protect the weak groups with food safety knowledge, improve the understanding rate of food safety knowledge, and enhance the public's attention to food safety.
