Riding across the grassland, people have the impression that Yu Minhong, who is thin and knowledgeable, showed his "deeply" side during Shandan's live broadcast.

On the morning of July 7, Oriental Selection watched the world Gansu live broadcast special event into the Shandan Military Horse Farm, Yu Minhong rode a horse across the grassland in the live broadcast camera, like a warrior, like a general, riding ahead of the dust.

Shandan Military Horse Farm is located in the northern foothills of the Leng Longling Mountains of the Qilian Mountains, which is a natural pasture with a vast area, fertile soil, sufficient water sources and abundant pasture. Before the pre-Qin and Han dynasties, it was a natural pasture where nomads such as Wusun, Yue, and Xiongnu competed with each other. In the fourth year of the Han Yuan Dynasty (113 BC), Emperor Wudi of Han established horse ranches in various counties in Hexi, and Hanyang Dacaotan (Shandan Military Horse Farm) was the largest of them. Since then, it has been a breeding base for royal military horses for successive generations, and it has endured for a long time.

On the shore of Shandan Military Racecourse Luniao Lake, Yu Minhong took several anchors selected by the Oriental Selection, blowing the refreshing wind on the grassland, watching the fireworks of Shandan stir-frying performance, sitting around the stove with the locals, and eating Yishan Dan stir-frying.

"Shandan stir-fry pulls are very delicious and distinctive, I recommend everyone to travel to Shandan, visit Shandan military horse farms, and eat Shandan fried pulls." Yu Minhong said that the so-called eating all over the world is not to eat expensive things, but to eat something special, and Shandan stir-fry is a classic food handed down on the Silk Road, which is worth tasting by everyone.

The origin of Shandan Fried Pulla is related to Huo Qu's disease. According to legend, Huo Qubing captured a large number of grazing equipment and a large herd of cattle and sheep after winning a battle with the Xiongnu at the Shandan Racecourse, so he ordered the local cooking of sheep and slaughtered cattle to treat the three armies. Because there were not enough pots and bowls, the sergeants picked up stones from the grassland to make a stove, turned the shield over and used it as a pot to stir-fry ingredients, and the aroma of the fried meat was passed down to this day, and later it became the famous Northwest snack Shandan stir-fry.

Drinking the sweet rice wine brewed by the locals, the mellow peasant yogurt, and listening to these stories full of human touch and heroic pride circulating on the Silk Road, Yu Minhong and the anchors selected by Oriental Selection were particularly emotional. In the live broadcast footage, they recommended Shandan Military Horse Farm and Shandan Stir-fry to audiences across the country and even the world, as well as various agricultural products on the land of Longyuan. Longnanxi and buckwheat noodles, flaxseed oil, Sunan quinoa, creamy pumpkin... The live broadcast room was enthusiastic, the audience watched the Huxuan dance and Yugur songs and dances performed by the local people in Zhangye City, enjoyed the magnificent grassland scenery in the foothills of the Qilian Mountains, and the blue lakes were dotted on the vast grassland like eyes, making this land more poetic and tender.

Backed by the Qilian Snow Mountains and facing the vast grasslands, Yu Minhong and the Oriental Selection anchor introduced the Silk Road and the stories of Zhang Qian, Huo Qubing, Emperor Sui, Xuanzang and others to the audience, giving people a new and profound understanding of the Hexi Corridor, the only narrow passage winding in the Qilian Mountains and the vast desert.
