In recent years, Linyou County, Shaanxi Province, has adhered to the main line of "party building pilot and decisive victory in poverty alleviation", and has realized the mutual promotion and common progress of party building and poverty alleviation through the "seven batches" of strong leading bodies, "branches" to change poverty, and "red and black lists" to help morale.

"Seven batches" with strong village teams

Yuqiyuan Village is a poor village with poor natural conditions, there is no leading industry in the village, the masses have insufficient confidence in poverty alleviation, and the incidence of poverty is 25%. Faced with the heavy task of poverty alleviation, Linyou County regards the building and strengthening of grass-roots party organizations as the most critical move. A villagers' meeting is held every quarter to publicly review the actual performance of poor households in developing industries, transferring employment, independent entrepreneurship, etc., and the evaluation committee conducts a comprehensive ranking of poor households according to the evaluation situation, ranking high and excellent on the "red list", and ranking low and poor performance on the "black list".
