Second, some hydrangea new and old branches are blooming, and pruning at this time can promote new shoots, which will make the new branches just in time for the good time of autumn flowering and bloom better.
Third, most hydrangeas will undergo flower bud differentiation in July and August, and pruning at this time can control the quality of flowering in the coming year.
So how is pruning a good pruning method?
Pruning at this time, especially for potted hydrangeas, is a good way to recuperate. In summer, transpiration is large, and hydrangea requires water because of its large leaf surface and flower bulbs. Thirdly, the flowers that bloom on this year's new branches should be cut off, and it is enough to leave two or three pairs of buds for each branch. After cutting this wave, the top pair of buds will have new shoots, which will be the main force for next year's flowering. And the pair of latent buds at the bottom will become next year's strong buds, and they can also grow good flower bulbs.
Maintenance after pruning is also important.

3. Ventilation
