Guidance on business handling during downtime
Insured persons who are newly hospitalized during the suspension period can first register for admission to the hospital at their own expense. After the system is restored, the medical institution will guide the insured to handle the registration and settlement of medical insurance. Insured persons who go to the outpatient clinic of a designated medical institution or purchase drugs at a designated retail pharmacy shall pay the relevant expenses in full first. After the system is restored, the insured person can bring the original bill provided by the medical institution or pharmacy to the medical institution where he or she previously visited or purchased the medicine for a refund and re-settle the medical insurance.
